Get your beauty rest – Even if you cannot get a full eight hours of sleep each night, you will still greatly benefit if you do get yourself on a regular sleeping schedule. If you have a schedule and keep to it, your mind will be well rested and ready to operate at peak performance when the time comes. Many people struggle with fatigue during the day and this is often due to the fact that they are not on a schedule. The go to bed and wake up at different times throughout the week. This fatigue leads to being less productive during your day. People who set schedules for themselves are typically more productive, organized and successful.

Your brain is like the rest of your body in that it needs to be challenged and worked out in order to get stronger and perform at a higher level.
