I think there is good reason why our phone numbers are split in 3 groups, not 4, because it’s easier to memorize then 4 groups. At least for me, area code (3 numbers) + 3 numbers + 4 numbers.

Using hypnosis and self suggestion techniques is a revolutionary way to developing a powerful memory, i use Glenn Harrold’s MP3 Hypnotic relaxation recordings and they’ve been so helpful to me so far.

Hello! thanks a lot for this helpful video. By the way, I notice a lot of people keep on talking about course called Geniuxole System (do a search on google), but I’m not sure if it’s good. Have you considered Geniuxole System? I’ve heard some extraordinary things about it and my cousin finally increase his IQ of 23 points using it, but he refuses to tell me: (

I found the video good because it speaks about solid basic life skills. For exsample the part about the keys.We all have lost our keys at one time or another and it can cause a lot of stress.

As for the number system.I am now using the Domonic Brien System. That is an excellent system for learning long sets of numbers

Logical thinking, organization, peace of mind, healthy living. With that in place, I remember everything. No dumb extra things to remember and illogical associations. A desire to remember, to reflect upon and take in slowly is all that is needed. A flow of Concepts points simplification all can help. I remember being an infant because I wanted to. Such a boring life back then.
