If this solution does not work for you, please make sure java is fully updated and restart your computer, if it still does not work, make sure the variables are not set past the amount of ram you have installed, and if you are using a texture pack, try using the default minecraft texture pack. if it continues to not work, then the best chance to find a solution would be searching on google, because i have no other solutions. This has fixed the “out of memory” error for me, my friends and thousands of others, so i am sorry if this solution does not work for you. In this video i show you how to fix the minecraft “out of memory” error using environment variables. (make sure not to exceed the amount of ram you have installed) _JAVA_OPTIONS -Xmx1g -Xms1g =JAVA= java.com -My specs- [CPU] Intel Core i7 980 OC’d to 4.0GHz [RAM] 24.0 GB Kingston Triple-Channel DDR3 [MB] Gigabyte X58-USB3 (Socket 1366) [VC] x2 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560’s running SLI [HDD] 2TB Western Digital WDCG [SSD] 120GB OCZ-VERTEX3 (Fraps Drive) [OS] Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
