    You are right. i know the bad fat is the reason that stopping 6 pack coming outside even we work out well.

    But the surprising part is my friend who is not doing much excercises, maintaining his six pack with this secret food items.

    OR TRY THIS IMAGINE being inside a super market and repeat this exact sentence I went to the super market and I got milk then start over but repeat the first sentence and on the second sentence change the item to something else keep going adding more and more sentences most people cant make it passed 5. you can also use this as a group exercise or away to play with the kids on a long car ride.

    Dear Nitendra, You’re correct, that’s why I did more videos. I also subsequently corrected the placement of the thumbs, it’s in front of the lobe instead of the back. I was happy that everybody could help their memory without costly therapies. When I started doing this exercise I couldn’t go straight down, I like to think I improved. Everytime I learn some simple things that we can do at home I get in a hurry to spread the good news. Thank you very much and Namasté

    That’s right, it’s an old exercise, but very effective. You can do it again knowing that’s sanctioned by American neurologists. Good yoga exercises!

    Wow this exercise is the very old exercise in India and knew it from my childhood. In India when ever a children do a mistakes then a teacher or the parents will ask them to do this excercise and learn from there mistakes..

    As for some who can’t see the connection, this is promoting oxygen flow to the brain through the nostril intake and stimulated circulation via the squats. Don’t know, however, about the earlobes. Meridian thing ?

    It still surprise me, just how lot of people have no idea about Geniuxole System (do a search on google), even though many people get great results with this intelligence boost system. Thanks to my work buddy who told me about Geniuxole System, I have increase my IQ of 20 points

    If nothing else you do this exercise for the body in general and lungs in particular, but the Doctors here in the US are finding that this exercise helps to synchronize the 2 brain hemispheres, deepening the brain waves and helping to get into meditation mode like the Yoga teachers have been telling the Hindu people for more than a thousand years. Namasté.
