CLICK — The proverbs of Solomon the son of David, king of Israel: To know wisdom and instruction, To perceive the words of understanding, To receive the instruction of wisdom, Justice, judgment, and equity; To give prudence to the simple, To the young man knowledge and discretion. A wise man will hear and increase learning, And a man of understanding will attain wise counsel, To understand a proverb and an enigma, The words of the wise and their riddles. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, But fools despise wisdom and instruction. My son, hear the instruction of your father, And do not forsake the law of your mother; For they will be a graceful ornament on your head, And chains about your neck. My son, if sinners entice you, Do not consent. If they say, Come with us, Let us lie in wait to shed blood; Let us lurk secretly for the innocent without cause; Let us swallow them alive like Sheol, And whole, like those who go down to the Pit; We shall find all kinds of precious possessions, We shall fill our houses with spoil; Cast in your lot among us, Let us all have one purse! My son, do not walk in the way with them, Keep your foot from their path; For their feet run to evil, And they make haste to shed blood. Surely, in vain the net is spread In the sight of any bird; But they lie in wait for their own blood, They lurk secretly for their own lives. So are the ways of everyone who is greedy for gain; It takes away the life of its owners

Well the King James was In my opinion guided and written by the Holy Spirit and Guy fox and his catholic Jesuit friends seem to have a big problem with the King James and every other book after that has either changed and taken away versus, text ect and especially the verses about fasting but I believe we must have an intimate relationship with him till the way we go home brother. I tried click on a few links to get some memory tips but they don’t work you know at your channel

@dfstarborn – Well, you have to remember that the Holy Scriptures were written in Hebrew and Greek. The original scriptures are the perfect words of God that we cannot alter. But the King James Version, and other versions, in any other languages will never be as perfect as the original. We must just try to find a version that is faithful to the original and understandable in our language.

    Respond to this video…
Yes good Idea to start small, I only asked about the KJV as there has been a lot taken out of that book and changed God forbids this so just like to know your opinion also I have a link for you its a site that promotes typing scripture then memorizing with using a 3 step plan so I’m asking you to you write your scripture to retain it or type it or both lol its hard to say what I want because you only get so many words to type in this message box.

Respond to this video… Thats another question do you think saying the number is important and God says we are not to take away or add anything to his word so do you not think its might be better to memorize from the King James version as I’m thinking of memorizing from the NKJ version? What I was dong was reading scriptures and asking the Holy Spirit to point out verses he wants me to remember as I read but they could be verses from different books so the versus are now out of order

  5. dfstarborn says:

Oh thats great to know but you have know actual tricks to memorize it more or less perseverance, man I have to cope with one verse at a time not one chapter but I would think there is a kind of a story to a chapter that your brain might find easier to remember as theres more of a flow to it and the verses are numbered In order.

  6. nerychristian says:

@dfstarborn- I take a passage i want to memorize, and split it into sections that i memorize each day. When I memorized 2 John, i divided it into 3 sections, and i memorized a section each day. I was able to learn it in less than a week.

  7. nerychristian says:

@dfstarborn- I am memorizing them in order of length. I began with 2 John, 3 John, Philemon, Jude, Titus, etc. And I have worked my way up. You should begin this way also.

  8. nerychristian says:

@dfstarborn- Yes, it has a powerful effect on you. You begin to understand the Gospel and your faith like never before. And when you face trials and temptations, the Word of God is brought to mind, to help you in your trials.

  10. nerychristian says:

i have memorized 14 books of the new testament. i am using the esv bible. it helps me to format and print each chapter, taking out the verse numbers and headings. i like to use a single column format and large font. so it is easy to read.

  11. dfstarborn says:

How do you memorize so many words from scripture and does it have any affect on you like the bible tells us that the word is powerful. Good man.

  12. mnemonically says:

This is inspiring because it encourages us to memorize God’s Word. Read Joshua 1:8, Psalms 1, Psalms 119:11

  13. 24thchance says:

Trouble with this is he can,t pull a verse out of the middle of this stretch.I keep stretches to 3 vs,s or so.
