    Yes Pavel and besides all that there is the synchronization of the two brain hemispheres. We’re much smarter when the rational part of our brain works with the imagination and vice versa. Einstein would just close his eyes and imagine himself being a neutron. Like him several inventors used their imagination to create and their rational brain to analyze what they created.     This still surprise me, how lot of people do not know about Geniuxole System (google it), although a lot of people get good results because of this course. Thanks to my cooworker who told me about Geniuxole System, I’ve improve my IQ in a short period of time

    Guys, increase your IQ does not need to be difficult (I used to think it did). I’ll give you some advice right now. Look for a course known as Geniuxole System (search on google). Seriously, that program has transformed my entire life. I probably should not even be mentioning it because I do not want a bunch of other folks out there running the same “game” but whatever, I am in a great mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

    It’s not just about the squats. Holding the earlobes (acupressure points) as well as the specific breathing pattern as you go up and down all affect how oxygen is channeled to the brain and also helps balance the hemispheres of the brain 🙂 There’s actually a lot of solid research behind it!

    Squats? There are plenty guys that do squats regularly but are otherwise brain dead oafs. I agree that getting oxygen flowing to your brain is beneficial but I doubt that this exercise has any inherent above and beyond that.

    the actual Pranayama and Yoga both excatly says. That you exhale when you go down and inhale when you come back.
